Don Hernando Perez del Pulgar: Hernando is one of the great lords at the Spanish Court in Grenada 1491. Hernando leads a group of Spaniards to infiltrate the Moor's occupied Alhambra palace's mosque and desecrate it with Catholic worship. Hernando escapes back to the the Spanish fortification of Sante Fe but his actions cause the last attack from the Moors in Spain. Hernando is based on the real life historical figure Hernán Pérez del Pulgar.[]
Yarfe: Yarfe is the champion of the Moor's army. He challenged Hernando for desecrating their mosque and is defeated by Queen Isabella of Spain's Champion Garallosco de la Vega. Yarfe is said to resemble a giant and deliberately cut his horse's lips off so that it would permanently sneer.[]
Garallosco de la Vega: Queen Isabella's champion whom's arrival and victory against Yarfe she prays for. Vega successfully defeated Yarfe which onset the last battle between the Spanish and the Moors.[]
