George Boleyn is one of the main characters of The Other Boleyn Girl.
He is the brother of Queen Anne Boleyn and Mary Boleyn as well as the only surriving son of Sir Tomas Boleyn, 1st Earl of Wiltshire and Lady Elizabeth Howard. He was executed on the 17th of May 1536, for treason and incest.

In the TV movie, George's role is considerably decreased compared to the novel where he is one of the main characters.
The movie starts with Anne , George and Mary playing in the garden's of a castle. The next time George appears is as part of the King's entourage where he introduces the newly married Mary to the King. Immediately afterwards he and his sisters are found gossiping in the court gardens before they are summoned to meet with their family. The Boleyns, their Howard uncle Thomas Howard and Mary's husband William Carey have summoned a meeting to talk about Mary becoming the King's mistress. George watches on mutely and escourts his sister to the King's chambers later that night. It becomes George's responsibility to escourt Mary to and from the King's chambers. One day as Mary walks in the gardens when she is joined by George. George tells her that no one is judging her because of her affair, but Mary insists that God is judging her before taking her leave.
the Other Boleyn Girl (2008)[]
The movie starts with Thomas and Elizabeth Boleyn strolling through the woodlands around Hever castle with their three young children. While Their parents discuss Mary's betrothal,George plays care freely with his two sisters Anne and Mary.
The movie moves forwards to the day of Mary's wedding to William Carey. Anne and George decide to visit Mary as she dresses for her wedding. After the wedding there are wedding celebrations with a feast and dancing where Anne catches the eye of Henry Percy. George teases Anne about Percy but she shurgs of his remarks. A few days later, King Henry VIII comes to visit Hever castle and George helps keep the king entertained. During his stay, the king is injured during a hunt and George has to deliver the news to his horrifed family.
